Automobile Service Advisors
Udyog Seba Service Advisors are responsible for providing customer service and support to clients who require maintenance or repair services for their industrial equipment and machinery. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing advice and guidance on maintenance and repair services.
- Scheduling maintenance and repair appointments with customers.
- Communicating with technicians to coordinate the completion of maintenance and repair work.
- Keeping customers informed of the status of their equipment and the progress of repair work.
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate service and repair records.
- Providing technical support to customers and assisting with the resolution of technical issues.
- Processing invoices and payments for services rendered.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to resolve customer issues.
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- A degree or certification in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
- Significant experience in a customer service or technical support role, with experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of industrial machinery and equipment, including knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
