Service Marketing Manager

Udyog Seba Service Marketers are responsible for promoting the company’s service offerings and increasing awareness of the benefits of using its maintenance and repair services. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  1. Developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company’s service offerings and increase customer awareness of its capabilities.
  2. Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends, and using this information to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  3. Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and to encourage repeat business.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure that the company’s service offerings are in line with customer needs and expectations.
  5. Developing and delivering presentations and other promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
  6. Analyzing marketing data to assess the success of marketing initiatives and to inform future strategies.
  7. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure that the company has access to the latest products and technologies to support its service offerings.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  1. A degree or certification in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Significant experience in a marketing role, with experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices, including market research, customer segmentation, and lead generation.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing data and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously.
  7. A creative and innovative approach to marketing, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
