Udyog Seba Customer Relationship Managers are responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with the company’s customers. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include:

  1. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are being met and to encourage repeat business.
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and providing advice and guidance on the company’s service offerings.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to resolve customer issues and ensure that customer needs are being met.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and using this information to inform customer engagement strategies.
  5. Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company’s services and products to existing customers.
  6. Participating in the development and implementation of customer engagement and retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, industry associations, and government agencies, to support customer engagement efforts.

The ideal candidate for this role should have:

  1. A degree or certification in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Significant experience in a customer service or customer relationship management role, with experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions and projects simultaneously.
  5. Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues.
  6. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
  7. A customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with customers.
